| One of a kind eight sided
WMF Ikora art glass vase. Ikora art glass was developed by Karl Wiedmann
and manufactured by the Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik (WMF)
company in Germany during the period of 1926 - 1954. The internal decoration
was made possible by using powdered glass of different colors encased
in crystal. The use of silver salts and chloride created the trademark
bubbles of various sizes and shapes. Most Ikora glass was manufactured
before World War II. I've seen a lot of Ikora glass over the years
but I've never seen one like this. It's in excellent condition with
no chips or cracks.
