Legras Art Deco vase from the 1920's. Hand painted blue / white Deco style flowers. Yellow mottled stain on clear glass. Pontil on base. Signed 'Quenvit, P' - Signature attributed to Legras c1920-25 on enamelled art glass; stylistic similarities with Goupy and Delvaux' (Ivo Haanstra 2001 Millers Glass Fact File a-z). Excellent condition with no chips or cracks.

Legras Art Glass Vase Directoire Gold Aventurine French France Antique

Large example of Legras's 'Vase Directoire' circa 1880 - 1885. This exact vase can be see on page 17 of Janine Bloch-Dermant's 'The Art of French Glass'. This lovely vase features a swirling palette of colors with splashes of gold aventurine. Excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Just a few burst bubbles on the interior that probably occured during while it was cooling. These minor flaws do not detract from the beauty of this vase.

Legras art glass vase France French St. Denis antique

Beautiful Legras vase in amber featuring a swirl optic. Heavy enamelled decoration in the Japanese style which was in vogue in the 1880's. This same vase is listed in the 1888 edition of the Legras catalog. Polished pontil. The decoration is in perfect condition with no loss of detail. Excellent condition with no chips or cracks.

Pierre D'Avesn art glass vase Art Deco French France Daum Lalique antique

Classic Art Deco vase created for Daum Nancy by the well known French designer Pierre D'Avesn. This identical vase can be see on page 236 of Cappa's "Le Genie Verrier de L'Europe". D'Avesn designed some of Lalique's most well known pieces including the "Serpent" and "Tourbillon" vases. His resume includes stints as designer and Manager at Daum, Sevres and Verlys. He started producing his own pieces in 1927, this is one of them. It has a large scroll handles on both sides and a "glue chip" surface treatment. The rim is fire polished and it has a ground base ring. It's in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.

Nice pair of Art Deco style vases by Baccarat. Classic Deco form with parallel lines cut across the vase. Both vases have "France" engraved on the bottom. Polished rims. Although unsigned I've attributed these vases to Baccarat due to the quality of the vases. Expected wear on the bases. Excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Each vase has a few small "fleabites" on the rim.

Nice French Art Deco period vase. Lovely pink color with powdered streaks within the glass that are reminiscent of Steuben's "Cintra" glass. Lots of wear on the bottom with the letters "FBS" France acid etched. Excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
