| Rare Chic Young cylinder vase
in the Monart / Vasart style. Chic joined the John Moncrieff glassworks
in 1946 where he served as an apprentice glassworker under Paul Ysart.
He went on to work for Caithness and Strathearn before ending up at
Perthshire in 1974. This vase has the classic multi color swirls and
canes as seen in Monart /
Vasart
glass.
Raised button pontil. Excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
